We offer free of charges over the phone tech support for all the solutions we release. Operation hours are Mon-Fri 8 AM- 6 PM EST.
Production deployments can be scheduled after hours or week-ends in collaboration with the customer. They bill at standard contracted hourly rates.
For companies that need SLAs we offer two levels of paid agreements:
– Gold (2 hours response time, 24 hours system back-up and running or issue resolved)
– Platinum (1 hour response time, 6 hours system back-up and running).
These SLAs cover time zones in all Continental US (they do not cover international time zones).

Our technicians are US based full blast engineers rather than your average call center support personnel. You can expect Level 3 of technical expertise and very good customer service with each call.
